At DocWalks we offer every single customer a 90-Day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues whatsoever you can return your DocWalks for a full refund anytime within 90-Days of purchase. DocWalks have a proven track record and we know that if broken in properly DocWalks are extremely effective, if that is not the case we are happy to provide a full refund.

Did you break-in your DocWalks Properly?

All we ask from our customers is to give DocWalks a honest try. DocWalks are designed to improve alignment and foot position and that takes time. Please ensure that you followed the Wearing and Fitting Instructions below before returning your DocWalks.

*Discomfort may occur in the beginning particularly in the arch, possibly the knees, hips, ankle, or back. This is normal and any discomfort should disappear once fully adjusted to your DocWalks. Once adjusted you are ready to wear them FULL-TIME.

*If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult your medical doctor.

Fitting Instructuions:

• Remove existing insole from shoe ONLY if too tight (OPTIONAL)
• DocWalks can be trimmed with scissors at Toe-End ONLY if too large (OPTIONAL)
• To Clean; wipe down with mild soap and air dry (rarely needed)

To complete the refund simply mail your pair(s) to our return address within 90 days of purchase. Once they are sent please text 647-222-3960 with a picture of the receipt, the name on the return, and an email address that we can send an etransfer to. Once the package arrives the refund will be processed.
